Join The 4 Week Energy ResetThe cycle that keeps repeating
You’ve Been Told to Exercise More. Your Exhausted Body Has Told You Something Different.
You finally have a better day, so you go for a walk, start a workout, or catch up on everything you haven’t had the energy to do. Then your symptoms increase and you need days—or longer—to recover.
Push
You finally feel a little better, so you try to do more.
Crash
Your energy disappears and your symptoms spike.
Recover
You stop and wait until you feel functional again.
Try Again
You feel a little better and begin the same cycle again.
The hardest part isn’t just the exhaustion. It’s never knowing whether what you do today will cost you tomorrow.
The problem isn’t that you haven’t tried hard enough. You may simply need a different starting point—one based on what your body can recover from.
Your energy has more than one demand
When Everyday Life Already Leaves You Exhausted, Exercise Can Feel Impossible
Work, family, appointments, housework, stress, and unpredictable symptoms all require energy. Adding a traditional exercise routine on top of that can feel like one more demand your body cannot meet.
Maybe you need coffee just to get through the afternoon. Maybe you're awake at 3am, exhausted but unable to fall back asleep. Maybe you used to run, hike, go to the gym, or move without calculating what it would cost you later — and now cleaning one room is enough to leave you flattened.
Or maybe you've stopped trying, because movement has made you feel worse too many times.
But, as you know, exercise is essential for our health and well-being, especially when you live with autoimmune disease and other chronic conditions.
The 4 Week Energy Reset will help you understand your capacity, recognize what your symptoms are communicating, and find a manageable place to begin.
The Live 4-week curriculum
What We’ll Cover During the Reset
Autoimmune bodies work differently — so understanding why yours responds the way it does is what lets you make informed choices instead of guessing.
The 4 Week Energy Reset is a live, four-week guided experience built around the why and the how: understanding what's actually driving your exhaustion and flares, then the actionable steps you can take each week to decrease that exhaustion and start rebuilding real energy.
Each week includes one live teaching session and one live guided workout — about 2 hours total — with time for Q&A. You'll leave with a concrete set of tools, not just a better understanding of your body. Can't make it live? Every session is recorded, so you'll always have the replay.
Week 1
Understanding Your Body + Energy
Learn why traditional exercise can sometimes leave you feeling worse. You’ll begin using your symptoms as information, assessing your current capacity, and identifying a starting point your body can better tolerate.
Week 2
Nervous System Reset
Learn how stress and your nervous system affect energy, movement, and recovery. We’ll explore the “freeze” response that can make even gentle movement feel overwhelming.
Week 3
Energy In: Nutrition + Cravings
Explore the connections between hunger, blood sugar, stress, cravings, and energy—and how to better nourish a body that already feels depleted.
Week 4
Rebuilding Consistency
Bring everything together in a way that works in real life. Learn how to keep supporting your energy when your symptoms, schedule, or circumstances change.
The Energy Out, Energy In approach
Energy Isn’t Built Through Exercise Alone
This isn't a four-week fitness challenge. It's a live, guided experience built around three connected tools — movement, nutrition, and nervous system support — working together, because your body doesn't separate them and neither should your plan.
Many women with autoimmune disease are under-muscled and need strength-building support specifically designed for a body that can't just push harder — that's what this program is built for.
01 — MOVEMENT
Gentle Strength-Building Exercise
Learn how to begin building muscle at a level your body can recover from—instead of defaulting to cardio or pushing until your symptoms increase.
02 — REGULATION
Nervous System Support
Understand how stress and nervous system regulation affect your energy, movement, and ability to recover.
03 — NUTRITION
Supportive Nutrition
Explore how hunger, blood sugar, stress, and cravings connect to the way you nourish and support your body.
What becomes possible
Stop Guessing What Your Body Needs
By the end of the four weeks, you'll have a new framework for understanding and supporting your energy.
You'll be able to:
“I thought I was doing everything right- and I couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t feeling better. The Energy Reset showed me what I was doing wrong, and these small little changes have made a big difference.”

"Andrea was the first person to ever explain to me what's happening inside my body. It was like she was describing my exact everyday experience. I finally feel like I'm in the right place. I finally feel hope again."

“These exercises are so small it almost doesn’t feel like anything. And then I realized, my core is stronger! My body doesn’t hurt while doing dishes! And I haven’t had a flare in a while! It’s wild — Andrea’s method really does work.!”

Your guide
Hi, I’m Andrea Wool.
I'm a certified personal trainer and nutritional therapy practitioner specializing in supporting women living with autoimmune disease. For the past decade, I've helped women living with autoimmune disease learn how to work with their bodies, too.
But I didn't choose this work simply because autoimmune disease was something I wanted to study. I am here because I live with multiple autoimmune diseases myself and am constantly working on building up my own energy systems so I can be my best self.
There was a time when I described myself as feeling like "the walking dead." I was exhausted, barely functioning, and couldn't get off the couch. The methodology I teach here in this course is the exact methodology I used to help myself get stronger and live with more energy. I had to go through lots of trial and error to figure things out, so I designed this course so nobody else has to struggle like I did. I am so excited to share it with you!
